A most appealing dry white from the Grinou organic vineyards. 50% Sauvignon, 50% Semillon. Matured on lees in stainlees steel tanks to give extra body and flavour. Wonderfully fresh and aromatic offering lashings of verdant, citrus and exotic fruit with a twist of herbal nuance. Good mid-palate texture caresses the taste buds whilst the telling lick of acidity on the finale ensures a crisp, balanced ensemble. Effectively this is quality white Bordeaux at a fraction of the cost, it being from the neighbouring and less trendy Bergerac region.
