Absolutely charming, in every sense of the word. This is made from a blend of 50% Zweigelt, 20% Pinot Noir, 10% St Laurent and 10% Blaufrankisch. A delightful, lightly sparkling rosé that's a perfect aperitif. Crown cap closure. Wine of the Week, The Independent, 'Made from an exotic blend of pinot noir, saint laurent, zweigelt and blaufrankisch, which is simply gorgeous: very lightly sparkled, cherry-red, crisp, dry and fantastically moreish.' Terry Kirby, September 2018 (2017 vintage) "Tom's Wines of the Year", Wine-Pages.com, 'A low alcohol blend of Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, St Laurent and Blaufränkisch, I guess this would count as a 'Pet Nat', a trendy new term for gently sparkling 'natural' wines and this has the credentials: biodynamic, closed with a beer bottle crown-cap and with only 10.5% alcohol. It is only gently effervescent, the colour lovely ruby/pomegranate red, with delicate strawberries and cream aromas. In the mouth the frizzante style gives a lively edge to crisp and flavourful red berry fruit, a hint of sweetness swept up in lovely, clear apple core dry acidity. Delightful.' Tom Cannavan, July 2018 (2017 vintage) Recommended in GQ Magazine, 'Combining lesser-known Austrian grapes – Zweigelt, St Laurent, and Blaufrankish – this lightly sparkling rosé makes the perfect aperitif. Don’t let the pinker hue fool you; this wine is crisp, dry and dangerously drinkable. Still not sold? Well, how about the fact the winemaker perfected this particular Prosa for her own wedding? Yes, it’s that good.' Millicia West, April 2019
