On the palate this wine shows its big personality. Harmonious, warm, round and well-balanced blend with elegant tannins, great texture and long-lasting smooth finish.

Food Pairing : Excellent with red meat in general. Try it with veal, lamb and braised or barbequed red meats like steak, sausage and game. It goes well with aged cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano, too. Good with porcini mushroom risotto but also as a meditation wine.
