Sarah Gray's Rhubarb and Ginger Jam 300g

Our Rhubarb originally came from Sandy's grannies garden, but now we get it from our neighbouring farm. again it is made with very little ingredients just Rhubarb, sugar, lemon juice and ginger. 

You get the tartness of the rhubarb and then the warmth of the ginger, ideal for the toast in the morning.
