Stanlake Park Pinot Noir Rose 75cl 11.5%

This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park's Pinot Noir grapes, able to achieve an extraordinary balance between fruitiness and freshness. 

With its very pale pink colour, smooth body and lingering notes of red berries and tropical fruit, this is the perfect English Rosé Wine to enjoy well-chilled with aperitifs and light meals.

Winemaking

Grapes handpicked in 2021. Short maceration on the skins to extract only a delicate colour, fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks. A natural, cold stabilisation was performed, following low-intervention winemaking techniques to not alter the true nature of the wine. The presence of "wine diamonds" - small silver deposits -, is possible, completely harmless and natural. Released after only a few months of maturation.

Fresh cheese, hummus, olives, light appetisers, seafood, pasta or rice with delicate sauces, grilled chicken. 

All our wines are vegan-friendly. Wine is naturally gluten-free.
